Returns & Exchanges
We currently ship within the United States.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
Please note:
- Whimsical Heartsong is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are unable to replace lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is handmade—often personalized—all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue, please reach out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are provided only in cases where a replacement is not possible.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer (for customizable items)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, work may have already begun on your handmade item, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale. Please double-check spelling, dates, colors, and design choices before submitting your order.
